I am very pleased to announce that I now hang my license at Benchmark Realty It’s only been a week and I am very pleased with my decision. As an independent contractor, I am free to hang my license with any Brokerage in Middle Tennessee. There are many to choose from but Benchmark made sense in so many ways.
900+ Agents
Benchmark has 900 agents and is growing. This network of experienced agents provides me inside information on new homes coming on the market and allows me to provide that ‘insider’ information to my clients. In this market where we have very low inventory, this is very beneficial to my buyers as they are searching.
9 Offices
Benchmark has 9 offices across Middle Tennessee with the recent addition of the new Bellevue Office at One Bellevue Place. As I have sold homes from Hendersonville to Columbia and Mt. Juliet to Dickson, these offices provide wonderful spaces for my clients and I to stop in for a meeting, use the facilities, or schedule a closing.
30% In-House
Benchmark sells 30% of their listings in-house. For my sellers this means that their home will have immediate exposure to a large number of experienced agents. Benchmark only takes on experienced agents. Working with experienced agents can make the difference between a great offer that closes on-time and one with lots of trials and tribulations. My license is officially at the mid-town office at 2500 21st Ave S.
Focus on Agents
There are a lot more reasons for me personally to change to Benchmark which includes great training, a debt-free company, and a great compensation plan. And as the social butterfly that I am, I appreciate the realtor happy hours, company picnic and other opportunities to socialize with my fellow realtors. Good relationships with other realtors often make the difference between getting a deal done or not.

No matter what brokerage I am with, you can expect the same great service from me. My focus is on customer service and so only work with a small number of clients.
